At Rasme Sweets, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality sweets to our customers. Please read our policies carefully before placing an order.  

 

Cancellation Policy  

Since our sweets are freshly prepared upon receiving an order, cancellations are not possible. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or rescheduled by the customer. In case of an order cancellation request, no refunds will be issued.  

 

Refund Policy for Failed Transactions  

If your payment has been deducted but the transaction was unsuccessful, we will process a refund at the earliest.  

 

Returns & Exchanges  

As our products are perishable, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you face any concerns regarding the quality, taste, or any other aspect of the product, please reach out to us. We value customer feedback and will assess complaints based on the promised product quality and standard characteristics of the delivered item. Rasme Sweets reserves the right to accept or deny complaints accordingly.  

 

Shipping & Delivery Policy 

We currently deliver across Delhi (NCR). However, we reserve the right to deny delivering to a particular area.  

Customers can select their preferred delivery date and time slot at checkout.  

No deliveries will be made on national holidays.  

Orders will be delivered only to the address provided at checkout. Changes to the delivery address after placing the order are not possible.  

We attempt delivery once. If the recipient is unavailable or no authorized person is present to accept the order, the items will be returned to Rasme Sweets. Customers must call +91 99995 25256 to arrange a pickup. No refunds will be issued in such cases.  

 

Order Execution  

An order will be considered successfully delivered in the following situations:  

  • Incorrect or untraceable address provided by the customer  
  • Recipient unavailable at the delivery address  
  • Locked premises at the time of delivery  
  • Invalid phone number, switched off phone, or unreachable contact  
  • Recipient refuses to accept the product  
  • The product is received by any person authorized by the customer

Delays & Force Majeure  

Deliveries may be affected due to unforeseen circumstances such as public holidays, natural calamities, or other unavoidable situations. In such cases, Rasme Sweets reserves the right to reschedule the delivery for another date.
